AI Credits are what the AI Assistant in AI Mode spends to change your project. What a request costs depends on which mode you ask in. Chat Mode applies the change straight away. Plan Mode drafts a reviewable plan first, so you see the choices and assumptions before anything runs.

Draft a step-by-step plan
Best for multi-step requests. Drafts a reviewable plan with choices and assumptions before anything runs — run, refine, or discard it.

The 20 credits cover drafting the plan, and are charged again on each refine. Running it costs a further 10 as a normal change, so a plan drafted once and run costs 30. Discarding a plan is not refunded, and a failed request costs nothing.

A multistep AI-edit is a Plan Mode request drafted once and run — 20 credits to draft, 10 to run. Single changes in Chat Mode cost 10 credits each, so the same balance stretches further, and questions are free.

Can I switch plans anytime?
Yes. When you cancel, your subscription ends at the end of the current billing period. When you upgrade, the new subscription starts right away and your new AI Credits are granted immediately.
What happens to my videos if I cancel?
You’ll have 90 days to download all your videos before they’re removed. You can always re-subscribe to access them again.
Are there any hidden fees?
No hidden fees ever. What you see is what you pay. No surprise charges, no processing fees, no extra costs.
How do AI Credits work?
AI Credits are spent when the AI Assistant makes a change to your project in the Projects Timeline Editor, and what a request costs depends on which mode you ask in. For per-billing-period items — AI Credits, original video uploads, and generated videos — your unused balance rolls over each month, up to a maximum of 2× the plan allocation or your current balance, whichever is higher.
Can I purchase additional credits?
Yes. You can purchase additional credit packs at any time if you need more processing power during the month. Credits never expire.
