Free actions: previews, suggestions, and questions you ask the AI Assistant. Paid actions: applying video editing to your project.

• Can I switch plans anytime?

  Yes. When you cancel, your subscription ends at the end of the current billing period. When you upgrade, the new subscription starts right away and your new AI Credits are granted immediately.

• What happens to my videos if I cancel?

  You’ll have 90 days to download all your videos before they’re removed. You can always re-subscribe to access them again.

• Are there any hidden fees?

  No hidden fees ever. What you see is what you pay. No surprise charges, no processing fees, no extra costs.

• How do AI Credits work?

  AI Credits are consumed when the AI Assistant performs a mutational action in the Projects Timeline Editor. Each paid action costs 20 credits; light interactions (questions, suggestions, previews) are free. Credits refresh monthly with your subscription.

• Do credits roll over?

  For per-billing-period items — AI Credits, original video uploads, and generated videos — your unused balance rolls over each month, up to a maximum of 2× the plan allocation or your current balance, whichever is higher.

• Can I purchase additional credits?

  Yes. You can purchase additional credit packs at any time if you need more processing power during the month. Credits never expire.
