This Privacy Policy explains how Motion Snap Labs, Inc.("we", "us", "our", or the "Company") collects, uses, discloses, and safeguards information when you access or use the ActiveSnap AI website, application, and services (collectively, the "Service").

1. Definitions

When we say "ActiveSnap AI" (also "ActiveSnap" or the "App") we mean the application and Service operated by Motion Snap Labs, Inc. and made available at https://activesnap.ai, https://studio.activesnap.ai, and related apps, pages, and features we operate. "ActiveSnap AI" and "ActiveSnap" refer to the same application and are used interchangeably throughout this Privacy Policy.

When we say "you" or "User" we mean a person who visits our websites, creates an account, uploads content, subscribes, or otherwise uses the Service.

"Personal Data" or "Personal Information" means information that identifies you directly or indirectly, such as identifiers (e.g., email address), online identifiers (e.g., IP address), or other information that can reasonably be linked to you.

"User Content" means digital content you submit to the Service, including video files, audio, images, overlays, text, project files, and related metadata.

This Privacy Policy applies to our Service and any websites, web pages, interactive features, applications, widgets, or other online offerings that link to this Privacy Policy (collectively, the "Websites").

This Privacy Policy describes our practices when we collect Personal Data from you while providing the Service. It does not apply to the practices of companies we do not own or control, or people we do not manage.

We do not knowingly collect Personal Data from individuals under 18. If you believe a minor has provided Personal Data to us, contact us at support@activesnap.ai and we will take steps to delete it.

We and our partners may use cookies and similar technologies to operate the Websites, remember preferences, understand usage, and improve performance. You can control cookies at the browser level; disabling cookies may limit certain features.

Some third parties may place cookies on your device. This Privacy Policy does not cover their practices, and their cookies may persist after you leave our Websites.

Global Privacy Control (GPC): Where required by law, we honor browser-enabled opt-out preference signals such as GPC for applicable data uses.

Advertising cookies: We use the Meta Pixel and Google Ads to measure and improve our advertising. These place cookies such as _fbp/_fbc (Meta) and _gcl_au(Google Ads) that allow Meta and Google to recognize your browser across sites and measure ad performance. Whether the "Advertising" category is switched on when you first arrive depends on the regional default described below. While that category is off, these cookies are not set and no advertising data is shared with Meta or Google. You can switch the category off, or back on, at any time in Cookie Preferences (available in the site footer), and if your browser is sending a GPC signal the category stays off for your visit whatever your region's default is.

Regional defaults: Which cookies are switched on when you first arrive depends on the privacy rules that apply where you are, determined from your approximate location, and the two optional categories start independently of each other. Analytics cookies start switched off in the EU and the EEA, and start switched on everywhere else, including in the United Kingdom and in the United States. As described in Section 6, we share limited online identifiers with our advertising partners (Meta and Google) for cross-context behavioral advertising while the "Advertising" cookie category is switched on for you — which, depending on your region, may be the case before you make a choice (see Section 3.4). 11.1 Third-Party Platform Integrations and TikTok Content Posting

ActiveSnap AI lets you connect third-party social media accounts, including TikTok, so you can publish videos you create in ActiveSnap AI. When you connect a TikTok account, we access the TikTok account information and permissions (scopes) you grant — such as your TikTok profile identifier, display name, and the content-publishing scopes required to upload or post videos on your behalf (for example, user.info.basic, video.upload, and video.publish).

We use this information solelyto publish or upload the videos you create in ActiveSnap AI to your own TikTok account at your direction. We do not use TikTok data for advertising or profiling, we do not sell it, and we do not share it except with infrastructure providers strictly necessary to deliver the posting feature. We retain TikTok access tokens only while your account remains connected; disconnecting ActiveSnap AI in your account settings or revoking access in your TikTok settings deletes the stored tokens and stops any further access. ActiveSnap AI's use and transfer of information received from TikTok APIs adheres to the TikTok Developer Terms of Service, including its Limited Use requirements.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. If we make material changes, we will provide notice by posting an update on this page and updating the "Last Updated" date, and we may also notify you by email or through the Service. If you use the Service after changes become effective, that means you agree to the updated Privacy Policy.
